Aviation Electronics Technology

The Aviation Electronics Technology (Avionics) program is a two-year associate of applied science degree program that teaches students the theoretical and technical applications of avionics within the aviation industry. Through hands-on training with aircraft electronics and associated electrical equipment, students will learn to test, troubleshoot, and repair components for communication, navigation, instrument, and control systems. Successful program graduates will be prepared to earn industry recognized certifications and work as entry level technicians in the aircraft electronics maintenance and repair field.
